CLM Services now operates several "yurts" to be rented. The yurts provide a ready made alternative way to camp and enjoy the outdoors.
What is a "yurt"?
A yurt is a portable, fabric-covered, wood lattice-framed dwelling structure traditionally used by nomads in the steppes of Central Asia. A yurt is, as you can see by the pictures below, more home-like in shape and build, with thicker walls than that of a tent.

Fallen Leaf Campground
Fallen Leaf Campground now has six new yurts to rent. Each yurt unit provides a cabin-like space for a family of 5 or 6 people. The interior furnishings include sleeping platforms for five, an electric light and a space heater. The yurts provide a ready made alternative way to camp and enjoy the outdoors. Pack up your food and cooking supplies and bring your own sleeping bags - we provide the tent! Sorry - but pets and cooking not permitted in the yurts and smoking is not allowed. You can find the yurts at sites 63, 104, 114, 191, 198 & 200.
