California Land Management currently operates a variety of facilities for the Pacific Gas and Electric Company in the Kings/Crane/Helms watershed. These watersheds are located proximate to the Sierra National Forest on the western slope of the Sierra Nevada.

Sites are available on a first come/first served basis only. No reservations are accepted. Facilities include:

Courtright Reservoir:
Trapper Springs Campground, Marmot Rock Campground, Wee Mee Kute Picnic Area, Courtright Fishing Access and Boat Launch.

Wishon Reservoir:
Lilly Pad Campground, Upper Kings River Fishing Access, Upper Kings River Group Campground, Shorthair Creek Fishing Access, Helms Fishing Access and Picnic Area, Wishon Quarry Picnic Area and Boat Launch, Wishon Dam Fishing Access, Spillway Fishing Access, Coolidge Meadow Fishing Access, & Helms Overlook Campground.

Black Rock:
Black Rock Campground and Williams Creek Fishing Access.

Crane Watershed:
Smalley Cove Campground and Day Use Area, Manzanita Lake Picnic Area, and Corrine Lake Day Use Area.
